Description
Sergent Results Group is pleased to offer this 48-hour workshop facilitated 1/2 day per week over 12 weeks on Tuesday afternoons from August 20 through November 5, 2019. This workshop aims to reveal blind spots to teamwork and presents fundamental concepts and strategies from the Deming Management Method.
We encourage teams to participate in this collaborative learning and common immersion experience. Senior leaders, board members, managers and staff, as well as customers and suppliers will benefit by attending.
